Process
A five-step process, in order, every time.
Nothing here is decorative. Each step exists because skipping it has cost a project before.
Intake call
A 30-minute conversation about the system, the problem, and whichever constraint matters most: budget, timeline or risk tolerance.
Assessment
We review the system directly (code, infrastructure, incident history where available) and map its actual failure modes rather than assumed ones.
Written plan
A scoped plan with priorities and tradeoffs stated plainly, delivered whether or not you choose to continue with us.
Build
Implementation happens alongside your team, in the open, with decisions documented as they're made rather than reconstructed afterward.
Hand off
We close every engagement with documentation and a walkthrough, so your team can operate what we built without depending on us.
